1. Tell me more about The Cord Co
At The Cord Co, we believe in bringing simple solutions to our daily lives’ inconveniences without compromising on aesthetics. Our products and packagings are designed with practicality in mind and we ‘test drive’ them for their functionality. We do not sell what we will not use. Our products are made to order and hand-inspected with love before sending them out to you. We are practical and affordable.

3. Why is The Cord Co priced higher than similar products out there?
4. What is the phone cover made of? Will it provide protection to my phone?
The Cord Co phone cover is made of transparent soft TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) around the sides. It comes with raised bezel around it to ensure adequate edge screen protection and reduce shocks. The back of the case is made of acrylic to provide sturdy support.
As with all phone covers, this cover does not guarantee 100% protection for your phone. Split rings may cause scratches. Particles may get inside the cover. Please handle with care and at your own risk.
There may be variations on printing of The Cord Co logo that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing process. Thank you for your kind understanding.
5. What is the length of the cord?
The length of the cord is approximately 1.5m, and its thickness is approximately 7mm.
The cord may pose strangulation risk so please do not leave it unattended with the little ones.
6. Where are The Cord Co products produced?
The Cord Co products are produced in China.
7. How is each The Cord Co phone sling packed?
Our packaging is designed to reduce waste. Each The Cord Co phone sling will come packed individually in a reusable zipper pouch that you can reuse as a travel wallet, earphones/pods case, medicine bag, pencil case, etc.

- Samsung Note 9, Note 10, Note 10 Plus, S9, S9+, S10, Samsung S10 Plus, S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra.
Shipping
9. Where does The Cord Co ship to?
The Cord Co ships globally. Please note the related shipping costs.
10. Do you offer free shipping in Singapore?
We offer complimentary shipping for all Singapore orders.
Complimentary trackable mail service will be provided for local orders above S$ 40.
Trackable mail service is available for orders below S$ 40 with a top-up of S$3.50.
Please note that normal standard mails are not tracked and whilst we take the utmost care to pack the phone sling, we will not be responsible for any delayed or lost mail when a normal standard mail is selected. For your ease of mind, we recommend opting for trackable mail service.
11. How long does it take to deliver my order?
For Singapore orders, please allow up to 2 business days for us to pack your order and 3 - 5 business days for shipping.
For international orders please allow up to 2 business days for us to pack your order and up to 14 business days for shipping.
In light of COVID-19, our postal carrier may face an additional of three working days for Singapore orders and significant delays for all international shipments out of Singapore.
12. Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping fees?
Yes we do! All international shipping will be trackable. Shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout page. We ship using Singpost.

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process and pack your order and up to 14 business days for shipping.

*Due to the recent increase in international postage rates, we have updated our international shipping rates. The shipping fee will be reflected in the checkout page.

13. Do I have to pay for shipping for exchanges/refunds?
Yes. We recommend trackable mail as we will not be responsible for any lost items through the mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
14. I changed my mind about the purchase. Can I request for refund?
Products sold are not refundable unless there is a clear defect. Please write in to hello@thecord.co with attached images within 7 days of receiving your purchase with (a) Your order number (b) Clear image and description of defect. We will then be in contact with you within 2-3 working days.
15. My product is defective. Can I get a refund or exchange?
Please write in to hello@thecord.co with attached images and we will be in contact with you within 2-3 working days.
16. I bought a wrong phone model/colour. Can I get a refund or exchange?
17. Can I edit or cancel my order once it's been placed?
All orders placed are non-refundable. Please do check and confirm your order before confirmation of payment.
